We at Kashif Sir Academy believe in transparency and fairness. This policy governs all cancellations, withdrawals, and refund requests related to our courses and programmes.

1.  Registration Fee

A refundable, adjustable Registration Fee of ₹299 is charged at the time of enrolment to secure a seat in your selected batch.

• If you decide NOT to join the batch: The ₹299 registration fee will be fully refunded to you upon written request.

• If you decide to JOIN the batch: The ₹299 registration fee will be adjusted towards your total course fees, so nothing extra is charged.

2.  Refund Before the Batch Commences

If you wish to withdraw from a batch before it begins, you must submit a formal cancellation request at least 10 (ten) days before the scheduled batch start date. Refunds under this clause will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after the request is approved.

3.  No Refund After the Batch Has Started

Once a batch has commenced, no refund of course fees will be entertained under any circumstances. By enrolling and paying for a batch, you acknowledge that a seat has been reserved exclusively for you, and the Academy is unable to reallocate that seat to another student once the programme is underway.

This policy applies irrespective of:

• Personal circumstances, illness, or change of plans.

• Attendance record or number of classes attended.

• Voluntary withdrawal from the batch after commencement.

4.  Batch Transfer

In exceptional circumstances, a student who is unable to continue in their current batch may submit a written request to transfer to a future batch of the same course. Such requests are subject to seat availability and will be considered at the sole discretion of the Academy. A nominal transfer processing fee may apply.

5.  How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please contact us by phone +91 9899075364 or in person at the Academy at least 10 days prior to the batch start date. All requests must include your full name, registered contact number, and the batch details.
