Welcome to Kashif Sir Academy. By enrolling in any of our courses, programmes, or training sessions, you agree to be fully bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1.  Eligibility

Our programmes are open to students, working professionals, and individuals of all age groups. A dedicated Kids Batch is available for learners aged 5 to 13 years, where parental or guardian consent and involvement are required for enrolment.

2.  Enrolment & Registration

Enrolment is confirmed only upon payment of the prescribed Registration Fee of ₹299 and submission of all required information. A seat in any batch is considered reserved once the registration formality is completed.

The Academy reserves the right to place a student in the most appropriate course level based on a complimentary assessment test conducted at the time of registration.

3.  Course Structure & Scheduling

Batch schedules, timings, course duration, and faculty assignments are determined by the Academy and are subject to revision based on operational requirements. Students will be notified of any material change in a timely manner.

4.  Code of Conduct

Every student is expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and positive environment within the Academy premises and during all online or offline interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow students. The following conduct is mandatory:

• Arrive on time and attend sessions regularly.

• Treat all instructors, staff, and peers with courtesy and respect.

• Refrain from any form of disruptive, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour.

• Avoid the use of mobile phones or other devices during class unless specifically permitted by the instructor.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper decorum within the Academy premises.

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of any student who violates the Code of Conduct without refund of fees paid for the remaining period.

5.  Intellectual Property

All study materials, recorded sessions, presentations, worksheets, and content provided during the course are the exclusive intellectual property of Kashif Sir Academy. Students are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, sharing, or commercially exploiting any such materials without prior written consent.

6.  Modifications to Terms

Kashif Sir Academy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued enrolment after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
